CuZn10
CuZn10 (Copper-Zinc Alloy) Overview
CuZn10 is a low-zinc brass alloy containing approximately 90% copper and 10% zinc. Due to its low zinc content, it has a reddish appearance and is known for excellent formability. It offers low hardness, high ductility, and very good corrosion resistance.
These features make it a common choice for cold forming operations such as deep drawing, bending, and stamping. It is also widely used in decorative applications, jewelry production, and areas where electrical conductivity is required.
CuZn10 Advantages
- High formability
